Today,s recipie and Prayer for the day

Every morning, take a full glass of gratitude

When getting to work, take one spoon of peace

Every hour, take one pill of patience, one cup of brotherhood and one glass of humanity.

When getting home, take one dose of love

When getting to bed,Sip clear conscience.

Do not give in into sadness or desperation for what you are going through today.

God knows how you feel......

God knows exactly and with perfection what is being allowed to happen to you in your life at this precise moment.

God's purpose for you is simply perfect.

He wants to show you things that only you can understand by living what you are living, and by being in the place you are now.

May God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.

I would have---A reflection on life in the time of death.

IF I HAD MY LIFE TO LIVE OVER - by Erma Bombeck
(Written after she found out she was dying from cancer).

I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren't there for the day.

I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.

I would have talked less and listened more.

I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded.

I would have eaten the popcorn in the 'good' living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.

I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.

I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband.

I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.

I would have sat on the lawn with my grass stains.

I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life.

I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn't show soil, or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.

When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, "Later. Now go get washed up for dinner." There would have been more "I love you's"; more "I'm sorry's."

But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute... look at it and really see it ... live it and never give it back. STOP SWEATING THE SMALL STUFF!!!

Don't worry about who doesn't like you, who has more, or who's doing what!

Instead, let's cherish the relationships we have with those who do love us.

Let's think about what you have been blessed with, and what we are doing each day to promote ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally. I hope you have a joyous day.

you will never be sorry---( good one)

I got this in my e mail today. thought i could share it here also.

YOU WILL NEVER BE SORRY
For thinking before acting.

For hearing before judging.

For forgiving your enemies.

For being candid and frank in love.

For helping a fallen brother.

For being honest in business.

For thinking before speaking.

For standing by your principles.

For closing your ears to gossip.

For bridling a slanderous tongue.

For harboring pure thoughts.

For sympathizing with the afflicted.

For being courteous and kind to all.

Don't copy if you can't paste

At training program for top management,a well-known motivational speaker gathering the entire crowd's attention, said, "The best years of my life were spent in the arms of a woman who wasn't my wife !"

The crowd was shocked!

He followed up by saying, "That woman was my mother!"

The crowd burst into laughter and he gave his speech, which was well received.

About a week later, one of the top managers who had the training decided to use that joke at his house. He tried to rehearse the joke in his head. It was a bit foggy to him.

He said loudly, "The greatest years of my life were spent in the arms of a woman who was not my wife!"

Naturally, his wife was shell shocked, murmuring. After standing there for almost 10 seconds trying to recall the second half of the joke, the manager finally blurted out "... and I can't remember who she was !"

As expected, he got thrashing of his life time....

Moral of the story: Don't copy if you can't paste

To Risk

Through humor, you can soften some of the worst blows that life delivers.

And once you find laughter, no matter how painful your situation might be,
you can survive it.

To love is to risk not being loved in return.

To hope is to risk pain.

To try is to risk failure,

but risk must be taken because
the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

Love comes to those who still
hope even though they've been disappointed,

to those who still believe even
though they've been betrayed,

to those who still love even though they've
been hurt before.

Without hope life is not worth living...

About Engineering Maths

Now that iam officially going to enter the month form which exatly 30 days reamin for my exams all that i can bloody think of is exams and freaking Engineering Mathematics. The CALCULUS we have is the most widely used varient of maths in engineering. So this poem is a ytibute to calculus.(This inst my original work and I dont know the auther,If i come to know of the original poet iam ginna give the credit)so for now enjoy
THE CALCULUS

Looking for the tangent
It's really m we seek
With epsilon and delta
Mathematics looks like Greek

Trying to find a limit
Everything gets small
If you can't determine it
You land in L'Hopital

Calculus, Calculus
Let us celebrate
Riemann Sums, so much fun
We can integrate

Calculus, Calculus
Let us celebrate
dx, dy, dz, dt
We love related rates

Calc 2 is coming next
The really fun stuff starts
Integral x sin(x)
Only works in parts

Summing the series harmonic
The terms keep getting small
But isn't it ironic?
It won't converge at all

Calculus, Calculus
Put your mind at rest
Most divergent series fail
The Root or Ratio Test

Calculus, Calculus
While we sing this song
We can sum (1/2)n
It won't take all day long

Now on to Calc 3
Learning spheres and cones
Maximizing functions
With seventeen unknowns

Fancy vector fields
Finding flux of curl
Using Mr. Stokes
Over a circle

Calculus, Calculus
Ain't it really cool
Gauss and Green are really keen
Don't take them for fools

Calculus, Calculus
Ain't it really cool
f and g, composing thee
Time for the chain rule

Interesting Facts About Reiki.

Interesting Facts about Reiki.

1. Dr Usui never taught about chakras. The original attunement process called REIJU in japanese did not involve any chakras nor symbols,

2. Actual reju did not involve attuning the tandai points also. The original usui reju attuned the person’s aura as a whole entity

to reiki.
3. Original Reiju did not involve Imprinting symbols on chakras as done today ..but involved chanting of WAKA lines or shingon mantra.

3. The level one was called as shoden level 2 as okuden and third or teacher ship level was called as shinpindin.(now a day’s 4 or five levels are practiced).

4, The person after Takata..Most probably Barbara Weber ray introduced the concepts of chakras.

5. The word ATTUNEMENT means tuning into the frequency of reiki Just like we Tune the radio or TV to a frequency to receive transmission of a particular channel.

6. There is still one gakkai (means society) in Japan which still uses the same old reiju procedure on weekly basis like Dr Usui did. One of the members Mr Hirosho Doi and his friends were actually surprised at the way attunements are done in western world. Like a person was considered having completed shoden after 4 weeks of training in hands on healing.each week there used to be a Reju.so 4 rejus and training would make level one, but the way we practice it today ..We get all 4 attunements in a single day.

This happened because Dr hayashi did 4 rejus in 4 days which was again changed by takata into one single day for the convenience of the busy western world.

7. The research of Walter Lubeck, Mark Hosak, frank ajavara petter, william lee rand, shows the original facts..up to the details of what Practices Dr Usui did to undergo to be able to reicive reiki. Like the pilgrimage of 88 temples he had to undergo.
8. His 21 days of sadhana included what is now called as morning star meditation..Chanting of heart sutra and dimond sutra and a specific mantra of the medicine buddha vajrasattva. And certain kriyas and mudra meditations chiba breathing pranayams.
9. Dr Usui selected Mt Kyoto Koriyama for his final stage of sadhana coz at least 2 people before him received their enlightenment there. One of them was most famous monk called Kukai.

If you want some details you may refer to book called "Complete reiki source book" the other details are included in other books.

Another Video Post

The reason I haven’t posted anything for so long is not because I was lazy, but I was experiencing some kind of a writer’s block and at the same time I was honestly busy.
The last whole month and especially last 2 weeks seem to have brought a whirl wind of changes.
Though all of them are not very pleasant but I firmly believe that all are for the ultimate best. This is something I have started referring to as second wave of a multi dimensional cleansing process.
Not a single day is going without learning something new about myself or something completely new or rather completely ignored aspects of lot of things.
Among the various things, one of the foremost is about angels. There is a lot I could speak ask and discuss however I will just end this blog by adding this video from you tube about angelic humans.
I am adding this as a offering and a tribute to those people in my life who fit in the category described in the video. I really thank the supreme spirit to have made me come in touch with you.

Another array of kids beautiful reactions on -ANGELS

I got this in an email today. I don't know it's origins but it is just so cute and honest. I had to pass it along. I hope it brings a song to your heart and a smile to your lips like it did to mine.

I only know the names of two angels. Hark and Harold.
--Gregory, 5
Everybody's got it all wrong. Angels don't wear
halos anymore. I forget why, but scientists are
working on it.
--Olive, 9
It's not easy to become an angel! First, you die.
Then you go to heaven, and then there's still the
flight training to go through. And then you got to agree to wear those angel clothes.
--Matthew, 9
Angels work for God and watch over kids when God
has to go do something else.
--Mitchell, 7
My guardian angel helps me with math, but he's not
much good for science.
--Henry, 8
Angels don't eat, but they drink milk from Holy Cows.
--Jack, 6
Angels talk all the way while they're flying you up to heaven. The main subject is where you went wrong before you got dead.
--Daniel, 9
When an angel gets mad, he takes a deep breath and
counts to ten. And when he lets out his breath, somewhere there's a tornado.
--Reagan, 10
Angels have a lot to do and they keep very busy.
If you lose a tooth, an angel comes in through your window and leaves money under your pillow. Then when it gets cold, angels go north for the winter.
--Sara, 6
Angels live in cloud houses made by God and His
Son, Who's a very good carpenter.
--Jared, 8
All angels are girls because they gotta wear dresses and boys didn't go for it.
--Antonio, 9
My angel is my grandma who died last year. She got
a big head start on helping me while she was still
down here on earth.
--Katelynn, 9
Some of the angels are in charge of helping heal sick animals and pets. And if they don't make the animals get better, they help the child get over it.
--Vicki, 8
What I don't get about angels is why, when someone is in love, they shoot arrows at them.
--Sarah, 7
