Beautiful story -

MAY and June months have been the months of most ups n downs for me in 2009 so far. My ulcerative colitis recently got worse but now iam healing for the better i believe. Still the oain is much and it seems that the pain has made me a more emotional person than what iam. My tears thershold seems to have reduced.Or may be these stories are just that beautiful. I was reading them ona buddist site and shared the link with my friends some of them were like no ..we dont want to read buddism. So iam just sharing the stories that i liked the most on that page.

A MIRACLE OF $1.10 (claimed to be a true story)
Tess was a precocious eight year old when she heard her Mom and Dad talking about her little brother, Andrew. All she knew was that he was very sick and they were completely out of money. They were moving to an apartment complex next month because Daddy didn't have the money for the doctor bills and our house. Only a very costly surgery could save him now and it was looking like there was no-one to loan them the money. She heard Daddy say to her tearful Mother with whispered desperation, "Only a miracle can save him now."
Tess went to her bedroom and pulled a glass jelly jar from its hiding place in the closet. She poured all the change out on the floor and counted it carefully. Three times, even. The total had to be exactly perfect. No chance here for mistakes. Carefully placing the coins back in the jar and twisting on the cap, she slipped out the back door and made her way 6 blocks to Rexall's Drug Store with the big red Indian Chief sign above the door. She waited patiently for the pharmacist to give her some attention but he was too busy at this moment. Tess twisted her feet to make a scuffing noise. Nothing. She cleared her throat with the most disgusting sound she could muster. No good.
Finally she took a quarter from her jar and banged it on the glass counter. That did it!
"And what do you want?" the pharmacist asked in an annoyed tone of voice. "I'm talking to my brother from Chicago whom I haven't seen in ages," he said without waiting for a reply to his question.
"Well, I want to talk to you about my brother," Tess answered back in the same annoyed tone. "He's really, really sick... and I want to buy a miracle."
"I beg your pardon?" said the pharmacist.
"His name is Andrew and he has something bad growing inside his head and my Daddy says only a miracle can save him now. So how much does a miracle cost?"
"We don't sell miracles here, little girl. I'm sorry but I can't help you," the pharmacist said, softening a little. "Listen, I have the money to pay for it. If it isn't enough, I will get the rest. Just tell me how much it costs."
The pharmacist's brother was a well dressed man. He stooped down and asked the little girl, "What kind of a miracle does you brother need?"
"I don't know," Tess replied with her eyes welling up. "I just know he's really sick and Mommy says he needs an operation. But my Daddy can't pay for it, so I want to use my money."
"How much do you have?" asked the man from Chicago. "One dollar and eleven cents," Tess answered barely audibly. "And it's all the money I have, but I can get some more if I need to.
"Well, what a coincidence," smiled the man. "A dollar and eleven cents - the exact price of a miracle for little brothers." He took her money in one hand and with the other hand he grasped her mitten and said, "Take me to where you live. I want to see your brother and meet your parents. Let's see if I have the kind of miracle you need."

That well dressed man was Dr. Carlton Armstrong, a surgeon, specialising in neuro-surgery. The operation was completed without charge and it wasn't long until Andrew was home again and doing well. Mom and Dad were happily talking about the chain of events that had led them to this place.
"That surgery," her Mom whispered. "was a real miracle. I wonder how much it would have cost?"
Tess smiled. She knew exactly how much a miracle cost... one dollar and eleven cents ...... plus the faith of a little child.

A miracle is not the suspension of natural law, but the operation of a higher law......

SMILE !
She smiled at a sorrowful stranger.
The smile seemed to make him feel better.
He remembered past kindnesses of a friend
And wrote him a thank you letter.
The friend was so pleased with the thank you
That he left a large tip after lunch.
The waitress, surprised by the size of the tip,
Bet the whole thing on a hunch.
The next day she picked up her winnings,
And gave part to a man on the street.
The man on the street was grateful;
For two days he'd had nothing to eat.
After he finished his dinner,
He left for his small dingy room.
He didn't know at that moment that he might be facing his doom.
On the way he picked up a shivering puppy.
And took him home to get warm.
The puppy was very grateful
To be in out of the storm.
That night the house caught on fire.
The puppy barked the alarm.
He barked till he woke the whole household
And saved everybody from harm.
One of the boys that he rescued
Grew up to be President.
All this because of a simple smile
That hadn't cost a cent

Determination

One of my friend at some point of time had said that we are angels with one broken wing. To fly we need someone to hug us and we can fly together .The dacne in the following video somehow shows that. But thats just what i felt when i started to watch it. As i watched the graceful movments it felt that the broken wings were not really a problem. The video shows that determination can achive the most impossible seeming feats. HATS OFF TO THESE ARTISTS...

Cup or the choclate drink--what matters

As is the theme of the blog iam again sharing a rood read with my readers. here it goes.

A group of graduates, well established in their careers, were talking at a reunion and decided to go visit their old university professor, now retired.
During their visit, the conversation turned to complaints about stress in their work and lives.
Offering his guests hot chocolate, the professor went into the kitchen and returned with a large pot of hot chocolate and an assortment of cups - porcelain, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite - telling them to help themselves to the hot chocolate.
When they all had a cup of hot chocolate in hand, the professor said: "Notice that all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress.
The cup that you're drinking from adds nothing to the quality of the hot chocolate. In most cases it is just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink.
What all of you really wanted was hot chocolate, not the cup; but you consciously went for the best cups... And then you began eyeing each other's cups.
Now consider this: Life is the hot chocolate; your job, money and position in society are the cups.
They are just tools to hold and contain life.
The cup you have does not define, nor change the quality of life you have.
Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the hot chocolate God has provided us. God makes the hot chocolate, man chooses the cups. The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything that they have.

Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. And enjoy your hot chocolate.

So ..iam off to try and discover what are the cups which distract my attention from the hot choclate.

What Kind of Soul I Have

Some quizzes and games on facebook are really cool.I wasn't must comfortable initially but i guess iam warming up to it. So this one is called what kind of soul iam. iam just going to publish what it has to say.
Your Result: Crystalline
You have come out with the Crystalline answer for your soul. Crystalline beings are very reflective. They take a very long time to grow and change but when they do, you can't change them back... it is 'set in stone' so to speak. A crystalline person has an easier time giving than taking. When they do receive something, a debt is naturally implied in their minds whether or not it is expected. This is because of a deep sensitivity to people and objects. Crystalline folks are extremely absorbent of all kinds of energy. They would be wise to trust their instinct when it comes to people and objects in their lives. If it isn't for you, you know.. neutralize, energize, and release. That is the natural flow for crystalline souls.. you must learn about your natural abilities and use them for healing in your life

Indian brain....

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is not a story but a true incident that happened in USA.*
An Indian man walked into a bank in New York City one day and asked for
the loan officer.

He told the loan officer that he was going to India on business for two
weeks and needed to borrow $5,000.

The bank officer told him that the bank would need some form of
security for the loan. The Indian man handed
over the keys to a new Ferrari parked on the street in front of the
bank. He produced the title and everything
checked out.

The loan officer agreed to accept the car as collateral for the loan.

The bank's president and its officers all enjoyed a good laugh at the
Indian for using a $250,000 Ferrari as
collateral against a $5,000 loan.
An employee of the bank then drove the Ferrari into the bank's
underground garage and parked it there.

Two weeks later, the Indian returned, repaid the $5,000 and the
interest, which came to $15.41.

The loan officer said, "Sir, we are very happy to have had your
business, and this transaction has worked out very
nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked
you out and found that you are a multi
millionaire. What puzzles us is, why would you bother to borrow
"$5,000"

The Indian replied: "Where else in New York City can I park my car for
two weeks for only $15.41 and expect it to be there when I return'"

Ah, the brain of the Indian... This is why India is shining . . .

MIRACLES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!!!!

I found a very good article as i was surfing some pages. This is the he original link to it . and this is the article. It talks about creating miracals in our lives.

You have a responsibility to create miracles in your own life. The responsibility lies on your shoulders. You can’t blame anyone else, and you can’t look outside of yourself for someone else to create the miracles for you. In this article, I’m going to break down the word “Miracle”, because each of you have a responsibility. As you know, my Why is to impact others and change the world one heart at a time. As you read this today, my goal is for you to take responsibility and realize that you have the innate ability to create miracles. So let’s get started!

The letter “M” means Momentum, which is created by you. You must create Momentum in your life for yourself, for your Why, for your family, for your success, for your finances, for your health...YOU create Momentum! No one else will do it for you. You aren’t a surfer waiting for the next wave to come in. You and only you must create your own Momentum to drive you toward creating your Miracle!

The letter “I” stands for Incentive. You must have something inciting you to action...your ultimate “Why”. Why are you doing what you are doing? Why do you want to begin that business? An Incentive builds the foundation that keeps you focused on your Miracle. No doubt about it! But again, it is your responsibility to determine what your incentive is and how it will drive you toward your Miracle.

The letter “R” stands for Revelation. As you read this today, get a Revelation! It’s your responsibility...no one else’s. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you came from, how much money you have...get a Revelation. YOU can and will create Miracles!

The letter “A” stands for Action. I know you’ve heard this before, but read this today, print it out and decide that you are going to take Action to create Miracles. Take the Action that you know that you need to take to create your Miracle.

The letter “C” stands for Commitment. Finally...once and for all...dive right into it...get Committed to your Miracle! It’s your responsibility. Inside you is a reason for why you are here...
your Miracle...so Commit to it. Go for it!

The letter “L” stands for Love. You must Love what you do. You must Love the Miracle that you are focused on creating. If your Miracle is all about money...you will fail! Your Miracle cannot be based on money. Your Miracle must be based on what you can do to impact the
world, which will produce everlasting results. You will produce true Miracles! Don’t let anyone else tell you what you must do for money. Love what you do and create your own Miracles.

The letter “E” stands for Energy. Your gonna need Energy to create your Miracle. There’s no such thing as it “falling in your lap”, “luck” or “winning the lotto” in a success mindset. It takes hard work! You need the Energy to take those daily action steps to create your Miracle. It is your responsibility to maintain your Energy to create your Miracle.

A Teaching Story - Good Fable

Buddha, one day, was in deep thought about the worldly activities and the
ways of instilling goodness in human beings.
One of his disciples approached him and said humbly "Oh my teacher ! While
you are so much concerned about the world and others, why don't you look in to the welfare and needs of your own disciples also."
Buddha: "OK.. Tell me how I can help you"
Disciple: "Master! My attire is worn out and is beyond the decency to wear
the same. Can I get a new one, please?"
Buddha found the robe indeed was in a bad condition and needed replacement.
He asked the store keeper to give the disciple a new robe to wear on. The
disciple thanked Buddha and retired to his room.

A while later, he went to his disciple's place and asked him "Is your new attire comfortable? Do you need anything more?"
Disciple: "Thank you my Master. The attire is indeed very comfortable. I
need nothing more"
Buddha: "Having got the new one, what did you do with your old attire?"
Disciple: "I am using it as my bed spread"
Buddha: "Then.. hope you have disposed off your old bed spread"
Disciple: " No.. no.. master. I am using my old bedspread as my window
curtain"
Buddha: " What about your old Curtain?"
Disciple: "Being used to handle hot utensils in the kitchen"
Buddha: "Oh.. I see.. Can you tell me what did they do with the old cloth
they used in Kitchen"
Disciple: "They are being used to wash the floor."
Buddha:" Then, the old rug being used to wash the floor...?"
Disciple: "Master, since they were torn off so much, we could not find any
better use, but to use as a twig in the oil lamp, which is right now lit in
your study room...."

Buddha smiled in contentment and left for his room.

Social Media Addiction

Let’s take a look and answer a few tell-tale signs that indicate you are more than likely addicted to social media.

1. You update your facebook whenever you leave the computer, whether you are gone for a minute to get some coffee, or leaving the office for the day.
2. You spend more time conversing with your online friends than you do with your own family.
3. The pictures you take are not for “memories” but rather updating your social networking profiles.
4. When you hear a joke in person, you say “lol” instead of actually laughing out loud.
5. Your social media friend accounts significantly out number your real life friends.
6. You can type faster than you can talk.
7. Social networks are your main point of contact with your friends.
8. You hear direct message “pings” in your head when you are away from the computer.
9. You bought a new cell phone specifically to be more efficient in operating your daily social networking activities when away from your computer.
10. You constantly putting a “@” symbol in front of someone’s name, whether in an email, on a forum, or even writing by hand.
11. You go through withdrawals when you can’t access your favorite social media site as a result of a server down, blocked at work, or no wi-fi connection available.
12. When you meet someone new, you give them a link to your twitter account instead of your phone number/email address.
13. When asked how much time you spend on social media sites each day, you take the actual time spent and divide it by 3…so if you spend 6 hours on it, you tell others it was only 2.
14. You skip a meal in order to spend more uninterrupted time on your favorite social network.
15. For news information you use sites such as digg.com, reddit.com, or twitter search opposed to CNN, foxnews, or the WSJ.
16. You “tweet” while driving.
17. It feels good to be part of something “viral” and to help spread it.
18. You have attended a “tweetup”.
19. While attending the above mentioned “tweetup” you “tweeted” the event to others.
20. If you meet someone in person, you commonly refer to them by their online handle instead of their real name.
21. You don’t view the “fail whale” as a sign to step away from the computer, but instead an opportunity to jump over to another social media site for the time being.
22. You are reading this blog post and nodding your head in agreement.
23. After nodding your head, you decide you are indeed addicted to social media and tweet this post!

Difference between Focusing on Problems and Focusing on Solutions

Case 1
When NASA began the launch of astronauts into space, they found out that the pens wouldn't work at zero gravity (ink won't flow down to the writing surface). To solve this problem, it took them one decade and $12 million. They developed a pen that worked at zero gravity, upside down, underwater, in practically any surface including crystal and in a temperature range from below freezing to over 300 degrees C.
And what did the Russians do...?? They used a pencil.

Case 2
One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese management was the case of the empty soapbox, which happened in one of Japan's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soapbox that was empty. Immediately the authorities isolated the problem to the assembly! line, which transported all the packaged boxes of soap to the delivery department. For some reason, one soapbox went through the assembly line empty. Management asked its engineers to solve the problem. Post-haste, the engineers worked hard to devise an X-ray machine with high-resolution monitors manned by two people to watch all the soapboxes that passed through the line to make sure they were not empty. No doubt, they worked hard and they worked fast but they spent a whoopee amount to do so.
But when a rank-and-file employee in a small company was posed with the same problem, he did not get into complications of X-rays, etc., but instead came out with another solution. He bought a strong industrial electric fan and pointed it at the assembly line. He switched
the fan on, and as each soapbox passed the fan, it simply blew the empty boxes out of the line.

Moral : Always look for simple solutions.
Devise the simplest possible solution that solves the problems
Always Focus on solutions & not on problems
So the end of the day the thing that really matters is HOW ONE LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM, mere perceptions can solve the tough problems.

A good Fable

A saint asked his disciples, 'Why do we shout in anger? Why do people shout at each other when they are upset?'

Disciples thought for a while, one of them said, 'Because we lose our calm, we shout for that.'

'But, why to shout when the other person is just next to you?' asked the saint. 'Isn't it possible to speak to him or her with a soft voice?

Why do you shout at a person when you're angry?'
Disciples gave some other answers but none satisfied the saint.

Finally he explained, 'When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other through that great distance.'

Then the saint asked, 'What happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly, why? Because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is very small...'

The saint continued, 'When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper and they get even closer to each other in their love. Finally they even need not whisper, they only look at each other and that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other.'

MORAL: When you argue do not let your hearts get distant, do not say words that distance each other more, else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return.

WHAT TRULY MATTERS

The following is the philosophy of Charles Schultz, the creator of the "Peanuts" comic strip. You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just read the e-mail straight through, and you'll get the point.

1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.

2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.

3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America Contest.

4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.

5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress.

6. Name the last decade's worth of World Series winners.

How did you do?

The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. They are not second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. But the applause dies. Awards tarnish. Achievements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.

Here's another quiz.. See how you do on this one:

1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school.

2.. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.

3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.

4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special.

5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.

Easier?

The lesson: The people who make a difference in your life are NOT the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards. They are the ones who care.

Emotional Blocks-insights

We all accept the truisms that emotions affect the body, and bodily conditions are reflected in emotions. But these do not tell us how or why. Today we believe that the emotional sources lie in the brain, nerves and biochemical substances these emit. We may be surprised to learn newer research on the genes and the electromagnetic mind-field shows us a much broader understanding of the body-emotions relationship. Here are fresh insights into why certain alternative medical treatments work with some people and some diseases while not with others.

What is this illusive power we call emotions?
Let's peel the emotional onion from the microscopic to the macroscopic to find out. Emotion is aroused energy that takes a direction. Emotional energy is released whenever there is action. It motivates us. When the emotion is strong and flowing there is great physical energy. And when emotional energy is blocked weakness results. There are researches indicating that the human energy field extensively to conclude it is both the atomic and the mystical source of life. The field is emotionally directed to protect and enrich our lives. Emotions give instructions to all biological structures and direct feelings and thought about reality -- both material and mystical. On the biological level emotional instruction goes to tissues, organs and systems. Emotions can be viewed as a computer programmer of the field that directs information to all aspects of the mind and body. Depending on the focuses and the blocks there will be greater or lesser effects, and because each person builds his emotional program from what has importance for him or her, each person will create somewhat different instructions.
The primary level of emotional instructions occurs at the tissue level in the genes of the cells. Such instruction provides information to cells about living, growing, multiplying and dying. Candace Pert's pioneering research (reported in her book Molecules of Emotion ) concludes that genes have memories and emotions. These are basic memories of cellular injuries, illnesses and conditions. Emotions are felt as good or bad. The energy response of genes is to give on or off instructions to the cells. They make things happen or they don't.

For example: Have you ever had a bad day when your tissues felt swollen, exhausted and painful? You wanted to escape to the bed. Or you may have awakened with a feeling of radiant electrified cells like when you were a healthy teenager and could conquer the world. Actually all injury and long term physical problems have blocks in the flow of emotional energy at the tissue level both with or without conscious awareness.

For tissue illness "body work" techniques are the most effective because these quickly feed the low frequency magnetic vibrations required for cellular healing. The rule is to stimulate all sensory receptors with drum beats and deep sounds, with red and orange colors, with energy nourishment from massage, touching, and joint manipulation and with muscular exercises and acupuncture. Improvements on the tissue level occur quickly showing healthier skin, increased movement and vitality. Fortunately these tissue changes resonate to a higher level to improve organ systems function.

The next level of emotional organization subjected to even more blocks than the tissue level is the brain with its primary control of systems and organs. Disruption of flow causes cardiac, breathing, digestive and urinary malfunction. Likewise this level sends more detailed instructions to heighten or override the genes. Here emotional energies are more complex than in tissues, with awareness of the basic emotions of love, fear and anger and elaboration of anxiety, hate and depression. These energy states protect the physical body and self from real and imagined threats. Here the memories of this life's experience are stored and colored by the belief systems of the family and culture. Emotional patterns become programmed for each person. At this level the techniques to remove emotional blocks must be more complex involving active patient participation. Neurolinguistic programming; meditation; group therapy; guided imagery; expressive art, music, drama, writing and story telling and exercise systems underpinned with concepts and philosophies such as tai chi and chi gong are excellent.

At the highest levels of consciousness, emotional blocks are frequently the most stubborn and persistent. This twilight area of consciousness, the mind, stores all past life memories as well as those of this life where "altered states" occur during major trauma. These memories not available to everyday recall are freed by returning to altered states. The emotions here are intense and the instructions overshadow those of the brain or tissue levels. We have discovered that blocks with unresolved emotional problems at this spiritual, mystical level are directly associated with major wasting diseases such as: ALS, multiple sclerosis and cancer. These seem to be impossible to change without major new insight and drastic changes in the person's relationship to his or her world. To uncover such hidden blocks requires that the person move into deep mystical states of consciousness. Successful techniques are hypnosis; free association; spiritual experiences from prayer, art, music and poetry; mystic and shamanistic rituals and dedicated meditation.

Although I have described blockage of energy flow on three levels of emotional instruction each level in itself is incomplete. The tissue level is too small and localized. The neurological level is too materially focused, and the mind-field level is too big -- too cosmic. The following example demonstrates the profound interrelationships of these emotional instructions.

A man has a hideous traumatic experience in multiple collisions. His tissue is injured, and he retains strong and emotional tissue memories of the shock. His genes issue instructions to reestablish magnetic energy on the cellular level. Simultaneously his five senses alert his brain about the circumstances of the collision -- what, why, and who caused or fed into the mishaps. First, emotional energy reflexively stimulates physiological systems to handle the trauma. If the elaborate information the brain receives ties into unresolved traumatic childhood memories, the emotional instruction will be intensified and or the resulting blockages more obstinate. The mind first receives accurate information about the collision directly through the energy field. Almost simultaneously the mind gets additional but often inaccurate information colored by the emotional programs of the brain and the field of the cells. Remember that the mind field location is where memory of all past lifehoods is stored. Here also are accumulated the memories of violent experiences from this life that were so devastating that the person was thrust into an altered state. If the emotions on both levels, brain and mind, body self and soul self, have not been resolved and there is a perceived common threat from the trauma the emotional energy will be exponentially intense and the body hyper activated. In fact the emotions may be so great that responses become disorganized with paralysis and psychological disorientation.

This above example emphasizes the complicated emotional continuum that spawns instructions and create blocks so that techniques from the tissue, brain and mind levels may be required for total healing. With simple problems a simple technique may suffice.

To summarize, regardless of where emotional disturbances occur the entire organism suffers. Blocks cause decreased or anti-coherent energy flow with stress to psychic and physical functions. Because our mission as deksha giver is to restore perfect energy flow so that the body can heal itself we should select the most direct treatments for the paramount energy blocks and shift treatments when each level is improved.

ANOTHER GOOD MAIL FROM THE ONENESS CIRCLE ..must thank mr jeet sharma for it.

Chomping figured out

So I figured out why I was so hungry yesterday. It was my medicine; Prednisolone which is a corticosteroid which is given for ulcerative colitis has an effect of making people hungry. There for it’s also given to people undergoing chemotherapy for cancer for making them hungry. So it was just simple organic stuff. But I got all worried about it thought about it and blogged about it. I got a full hour long bashing from people for being a kind of irresponsible, and see what I was avoiding to see in myself and feeding my body instead, what was my inner void etc.
Only two people had a different perspective one said it’s ok to make some mistake sometime and it was only another front from Texas who said not to go in this kind of thing and be rational and look for practical reason. And that it was what it turned out to be. But there is more to it than this.
First how mind goes in judgmental spin about people, situations and our own self. Secondly conditioned way of seeing things, we see only in manner we think is right. I got out of that think quickly as I got a sound grounded advice from my friend in Texas. Being grounded means, being real and not going in spin or the regular brain circuits which fire automatically at any kind of trigger.

Chomping Away

This is all I can say my day has been, as I look back on today. I love eating but I am not too much of a foodie, and for a few days I am already eating a bit less, however today I have been feeling hungrier. I started off my day with my black tea and biscuits, followed in the day with my regular meal of Sabzi ,Rotis ,plain dal ,mutter rice and butter milk. And as the day progressed I ended up eating 3 cupcakes one packet of plain salted lays chips, few khari puff’s half a banana one boiled egg half packet of light but tasty kurkure snacks and few bites of jagerry cheekkie. But even after all of this as I went out to shop for some stuff mom told me to get I was thinking of just food. It was like I was obsessed. Something is surely wrong. I am not this kinda person who would binge on so much in a day. As I couldn’t control myself I finally ended up eating a masala pav in local haldiram’s. And as I am writing this away I am again getting hungry. This is seriously weird. Why does one get so hungry suddenly?

Bhagwan Answers-.On the nature of the mind

Dear Readers, This is the another part of the series of answers which the founder of oneness university shri bhagwan gave. This one pertains to the nature of the mind.
The nature of mind is to find fault with others, judge, blame, and label others due to preconditioned perception. If the perception is negative then the mind keeps on commenting, 'He is bad, she nags, he does not understand me, she is too suspicious, they do not love me, I have no respect in the family, everybody uses me', and so on. Everything would be colored, hence you would continue to blame others and hence we develop dislike. Dislike slowly turns into hatred which spoils relationship. Because of this broken relationship, however good the others are we are not able to 'see' the truth.

Mind generates logic due to fear but heart emanates truth. Fear is manifesting as hatred, jealousy, anger, and violence in families and society. Stress comes not because of physical work but from negative approach. We can see truth only when we love others. Logic destroys love. It is not possible to love after you have judged. Hence we suffer.

Unless we learn the art of 'seeing' with internal integrity, we will not be able to see the truth and discover love. If we can love only then we can forgive and seek forgiveness. One should develop extreme patience to maintain love and peace in the relationship.

God's grace flows naturally to those whose relations are set right, particularly with the parents.
