Catching up.

Wow, I cannot believe that 2013 has passed and I haven't blogged even once in this entire year. Essentially this has been a very eventful year for me in may ways. Lot's of ups and downs. I got another exacerbation of the Ulcerative Colitis that lasted for almost a month. Prior to that I suffered from viral fever twice with a cough that lasted really long. That is how the 2013 started for me. From to Jan 2013 to May 2013, I kept falling sick one after the other. It was a horrible time indeed. I got more sick of 'my then' workplace in KD (obviously because of all the leaves). It was really toxic time at the office (more about that later).

However, not all events were bad. The second half of 2013 brought in a lot of good things. I experienced some great friendships developed new ones and re-kindled some old ones as well. The hallmark of the year were 2 things. I passed MicroStrategy Reporting essentials and Project Design exams which helped me to regain my confidence in my ability to study.
The best part however is I shifted job. Got into a really fantastic company. This is my first experience of a nurturing workplace. First time in my life I am getting a feeling of being on the right track where I would love to progress and would get to progress, personally as well as professionally. So I have now started 2014 with a great deal of hope and positivity.

Lot of mention-worthy events have taken place and I would continue to write about them.
